"ordered this TV on 11-Nov-2015, was delivered on 02-Dec-2015, after several attempts and escalations installation was done on 4-Dec-2015, all went well until 28th June, on 29th June TV would not power ON, logged a call with their service centre on 30-Jun-2016 and as of today still the issue is not resolved, have made calls to Vu TV customer support, and pathetically they say will get back in one hour and despite several days, no calls, altogether i have called various people for more than 40 times and yet the problem is not solved, to whomever i ask about warranty extension for their delay, they pass the buck and never bother to take responsibility, its 50 days as of today and they dont bother to provide support" |
